Francina A. Talford

Francina Alicia Talford, 34, entered into eternal rest on Monday, Dec. 10, 2007, at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, New Brunswick, N.J.

Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., she was a daughter of Fannie B. Caldwell Talford and the late Amzi Talford.

Ms. Talford attended Mabel Dean Bacon Vocational High School. She continued her education at Hunter College and then Middlesex County Technical School in New Jersey, where she received her diploma in practical nursing. She was employed at The Elms of Cranbury Nursing Home, Cranbury, N.J.

She leaves to cherish many memories and mourn her passing, her mother, Fannie B. Caldwell Talford of Manning; a daughter, Brianna Talford of Manning; four brothers, Erik Talford of Brooklyn, David Talford of Bronx, N.Y., and David and Joseph Liggins, both of Manning; and other close relatives and friends.

Funeral services were held on Monday, Dec. 1, 2007, at the Dyson’s Home for Funerals chapel with the Rev. Dr. W.T. Johnson officiating.

Final resting place was Taw Caw Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery in Summerton.

Dyson’s Home for Funerals was in charge of the arrangements.
