Haynes C. Schuyler Jr.

Haynes Clinton Schuyler Jr., 75, died Monday, Dec. 10, 2007, at his home in Manning.

Born Aug. 22, 1932, in Florence, he was a son of the late Haynes Clinton Schuyler Sr. and the late Nancy Flowers Schuyler. He was a retired executive of the menswear fashion industry, a past president of Opera Index Inc., and a supporter of the Teatro Grattacielo.

Surviving are dear friend, Bernard Belasco of New York, N.Y.; two sisters, Patricia Hobbs and her husband, Rusty, of Summerton and Shirley Rodrigue of Suwanee, Ga.; nine nieces and nephews; and 16 great nieces and nephews.

A graveside service was held on Saturday, Dec. 15, 2007, in the Ebenezer Baptist Church Cemetery in Florence with the Rev. Dr. David Wike officiating.
