David E. Harrison

It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing of David Elester Harrison, companion of Brenda Merritt, on Friday, Dec. 7, 2007, at St. Agnes Hospital in Baltimore, Md.

Born Aug. 13, 1951, in the New Zion section of Clarendon County, he was a son of the late Harold Harrison and Odessa McFadden Harrison Scott; stepson of the late Roosevelt Scott; and the brother of Lucy (Ernest) Cooper.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 15, 2007, at Olivet Baptist Church, 3500 Edmondson Ave., Baltimore. A wake will be held from 10 to 11 a.m.

Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery.
