Leonard Eagerton of the White Oak community area, grew this 96-pound watermelon. He planted the seeds in February and using an old technique of covering the plants in the cool months, harvested several 75-pound plus melons. Eagerton also grows oranges and lemons. He obviously has ten green fingers! |
