Lucille Honeycutt Bolger
SUMTER – Lucille Honeycutt Bolger, 90, widow of Thomas T. Bolger, Jr., died Friday, July 20, 2007, in Clarendon Memorial Hospital in Manning.
Born October 19, 1916, in Clinton, N.C., she was a daughter of the late Herman and Florence Alderman Honeycutt. She was a retired children’s furniture sales rep and a charter member of Aldersgate United Methodist Church and Circle Group #3.
Surviving are two sons, Tommy “Bubba” (Jennie) Bolger of Summerton, and W. H. “Bill” Bolger of Sarasota, Fla.; two daughters, Pat (Jack) Kizziah of Burlington, N.C., and Judy (Barry) Clark of Lexington; a sister, Mary Frances Andrews of Sumter; and sisters-in-law, Margaret Honeycutt of Columbia, Emily Mason of Sumter and Mrs. H. B. “Tiny” Payne of Greensboro, N.C.. ten grandchildren; and thirteen great grandchildren.
Graveside services were held on Monday, July 23, 2007, in Evergreen Memorial Park in Sumter, with the Revs. Tommy Bolger, Rob Pierce and Jerry Pickens officiating.
