Clifford R. Braun

Clifford R. Braun, 65, companion of Jessie M. Long, died Wednesday, June 27, 2007, at his residence in Manning.

He was born Feb. 25, 1942, in Queens, N.Y., a son of Evelyn Taylor Braun and the late Walter Braun.

He was educated in the New York school system and attended New York Business College. He was a retired employee of Nynex Telephone Co. (Verizon).

He is survived by his devoted companion, Jessie M. Long of the home; mother, Evelyn T. Braun of South Ozone Park, N.Y.; sister, Lorraine (Robert) Petry of Valley Stream, N.Y.

Burial was in Pine Lawn Memorial Park, Pine Lawn, N.Y.

Lieber Funeral Home if Valley Stream, N.Y. was in charge of the service.
