| Mariachis Restaurant Head Chef John Giovanni explains the rules of the Steak Challenge to John Rivera. Each Friday night Mariachis offers the challenge that if you can eat a four pound rib eye steak and all the fixin’s in one hour, it’s free. If you don’t finish it’s $39.95. Rivera, who works at Shannon Greens Golf Course, didn't finish in time, but he had plenty of friends to help finish it off when he conceded. |
