Michael David Bryant

Michael David “Fuzzy” Bryant, 56, husband of Beverly Gramling Bryant, died Wednesday, May 2, 2007, at the Regional Medical Center in Orangeburg.

Born November 20, 1950 in Clarendon County, SC, he was the son of the late Thomas A. Bryant and the late Iva Nell DuBose Bryant Hodge. He was employed with The Times and Democrat as a pressman.

Survivors besides his wife include a daughter, Ivanelle Bryant; three sisters; Virginia Bryant of Neeses, S.C., Mae Pack of Sumter, Johnnie (Tony) Geddings of Sumter and Harriett (William) Locklair of Alcolu; two brothers, Thomas Bryant of Darlington and Dwight Bryant of Highlands, N.C. and a number of nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
Pallbearers were Marty Hutto, Dr. Wesley Shuler, Lee Bryant, Russell O’Cain, Jimmy Morris and Jason Gramling.

Honorary pallbearers were Chris Gramling and Charles Garrick.

Funeral services were held on Saturday, May 5, 2007 at Thompson Funeral Home in Orangeburg.

Burial was in Four Holes Baptist Church Cemetery in Orangeburg.

Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association; Mid Atlantic Affiliate; P. O. Box 5216, Glen Allen, Va. 23058-5216.

Thompson Funeral Home of Orangeburg was in charge of the arrangements.
