Josephine R. Owens

BALTIMORE, Md. –Josephine Ragin Owens, 94, died April 26, 2008, at her residence in Baltimore. She was the widow of the Rev. Cleveland Owens Sr.

Born in Clarendon County, she was a daughter of the late Johnny and Mary Cabbage Ragin and stepdaughter of the late Ethel Frazier White.

March Funeral Home of Baltimore was in charge of the arrangements.
