Cladean Ragin Smiley

CLEVELAND, Ohio – Cladean Ragin Smiley died April 8, 2007, in Cleveland, Ohio.

She was a daughter of Daisy G. Ragin of Manning.

Survivors besides her mother of Manning include two daughters, Ariane T. Smiley and Amber N. Smiley of Arizona; a niece raised as a daughter, Jennifer C. Ragin of Cleveland; one brother, Rufus Ragin of Manning; one sister and brother-in-law, Debra and Raymond Harvin of Georgia; and a host of other relatives and friends.

A memorial service was held on Friday, April 13, 2007, in Cleveland.
