Bobby Joe Vaughn

JOANNA, S.C.–Bobby Joe Vaughn, age 45, formerly of Bonds Crossroads, died Wednesday, April 4, 2007 in the Palmetto Health Richland Hospital in Columbia.

He was born in Joanna and was a son of Joseph Vaughn of Gaffney and Annette Mahon of Manning.

Surviving in addition to his parents are his wife, Dena Heaton Vaughn of Joanna; one son, William Shane Vaughn of Joanna; four daughters, Candy Vaughn Tate of Joanna, Sandy Vaughn Thompson of Manning, Brandy Vaughn Rhodes of Manning, Tiffany Michelle Vaughn of Joanna; four grandchildren, Sye Michael Tate, Kurt Damian Tate, Thomas Benjamin Tisdale, Alexandrea Michelle Rhodes; four sisters, Crystal Hodge of Manning, Lisa Mathis of Long View, TX, Debra Matlock of Manning, Mary Massey of Manning and a brother, William Vaughn of Clinton.

A memorial service was held Saturday, April 7, 2007, at the Open Arms Ministry of Clinton.

Gray Funeral Home of Clinton was in charge of the arrangements.
