Abraham King Sr.

CHARLESTON – Abraham King Sr. died Wednesday, March 12, 2008.

Survivors include his wife, Mary M. King; children, Jonathan Rickey (Sharon) King, Larry Sam (Peggy) King, Robert Regan and James (Brenda) Wayman; a grandson raised in the home as his son, Tony McCrimmon; sister, Gracie Conyers; aunt, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Funeral services were held on Saturday, March 15, 2008, at St. John Missionary Baptist Church in Manning, with the Rev. Dr. Coakley Richburg of Manning and the Rev. Isaac J. Holt Jr. of Charleston officiating.

Interment was in the church cemetery.

Fielding Home for Funerals of Charleston was in charge of the arrangements.
