Robert E. Singleton

Robert Earl Singleton, 47, died Sunday, Feb. 25, 2007, at Aiken Regional Medical Center.

He was born in Columbia, a son of the late Thomas Richard Singleton Sr. and Betty LaBoon Singleton. He worked in transportation as a long-distance truck driver and was of the Baptist faith.

Surviving are one brother, Rick Singleton Jr. of Summerton; two sisters, Debbie (Rick) Bowen of Sumter and Susan (Jim) Kronberg of Aiken; one nephew, Jeffrey Bowen; two nieces, Jennifer Bowen-Rogerson and Robin Kronberg; and a great-nephew, J. Michael Rogerson.

He was predeceased by his parents.

A memorial service was held on Tuesday, Feb. 27, 2007, at the Bullock Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. Clay Smith officiating.
