James D. Clark
James Douglas Clark, 66, husband of Sue Carol Darling Clark, died Thursday, Jan. 11, 2007, at his home in Manning.
Born May 12, 1940, in Gable, he was a son of the late William Wesley and Alice Crosby Clark. He was a retired salesman and was of the Baptist faith.
Surviving besides his wife of Manning are a daughter, Jamie Sue Clark of New York City, N.Y.; a son, Ronald Clark of Hammond, Ind.; a brother, Paul (Sandra) Clark of Michigan City, Ind.; a sister, Kathy Clark of Manning; four grandchildren; special friends, Cheri and Todd McDonald; and loving caregiver, Ruby King.
Funeral services were held on Monday, Jan. 15, 2007, in the chapel of Stephens Funeral Home in Manning with the Rev. Jimmy Eldreth officiating.
Burial followed in Sardinia-Gable Cemetery.
Stephens Funeral Home and Crematory of Manning was in charge of arrangements.
