The Clarendon Scene ... as seen in Clarendon

Lady Liberty and Uncle (make that Aunt) Sam pound the streets of downtown Manning to drum up business for Liberty Tax Service.   After 10 years without a haircut, Brian Hurley of Alcolu goes under the shears of hairstylist L.G. Mathis. “A lot of people wanted me to get it cut,” Hurley said. “But I kept telling them, ‘Not until it gets long enough for Locks of Love.’”
