Z’Marius Jacquell Frazier

It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing of Little Master Z’Marius Jacquell Frazier, 5 months, who died Sunday, Dec. 30, 2007, at his home in Sumter.

Born July 4, 2007, at Clarendon Memorial Hospital, Manning, he was the son of Courtney Jones and Leroy Frazier.

Survivors include his parents, Courtney Jones of Sumter and Leroy Frazier of Salters; two brothers, Jeremiah Z. Frazier and Jomarion Frazier, both of Kingstree; maternal grandparents, Bobby Hickman of Norwalk, Conn., and Shari Gladny of Colorado Springs, Colo.; paternal grandparents, Yvonne Frazier and Leroy Davis, both of Salters; maternal great-grandparents, Paul and Frances Beaufort of Alcolu; godmother, Dr. Jacquelyn Law of Sumter; a special aunt, Robin Beaufort of Alcolu; special caretaker, Beverly Briggs of Sumter; several aunts and uncles.

Graveside services were held on Wednesday, Jan. 2, 2008, at Harmony Presbyterian Church cemetery, Alcolu, with the Rev. Carnell Hampton officiating.

Samuels Funeral Home LLC of Manning was in charge of the arrangements.
